In these three lessons of fun we combine paint, powders and foils with a variety of fusible webs and interfacings to create texture, layering and pattern. You will learn about the right paints to use to colour the web and interfacing to create stunning watercolour effects, as well as the steps to make them permanent.
Learn about many ways to apply metallic foil for hints of sparkly shine or areas of glitz and glimmer. You will be adding paint and powder for additional design with stamping and applying contrast with colour and additional imagery. After cutting, tearing and ripping some of the pieces then time will be spent on building layers of interest with collage and stitch. A bonus lesson at the end will focus on putting your work together and additional tips on embellishment and taking your work just a little further!
