My books blur the lines between reading and sculpture. They take shape as traditional books, three-dimensional pieces, or mixed media works using paint, dye, glue, and thread. I'm building new ways to tell stories by reimagining old forms.
Most books use paper and ink—read once, then stored away. Mine have movement and texture. They fold, drape, and hang. I weave in objects that connect to the story, using thread for binding, stitching, and surface marks.
Everything in Cloth to Codex happens by hand. I print and dye fabrics, cut and sew each piece, then assemble the elements slowly. No computers or quick fixes—just time, thought, and deliberate action shaping each book into something you can touch, feel, and experience beyond words on a page.
